Daily off-site backup service
We provide you with 100GB per server and 20GB per desktop of off-site storage and install an automatic daily backup system to your equipment, thus keeping your valuable data safe. Additional storage if required is available.
The equipment is monitored 24x7
We check if your computer is running correctly and will contact you if for whatever reason the server has gone down.
Sufficient Hard Drive space
We check to ensure that there is still plenty of hard drive space on your computer and we will contact you if space becomes low.
Equipment is running normally
We ensure that all your hardware such as hard drives are operating normally and services such as the web and mail servers are running correctly without any faults.
System hasn't been compromised
We check that your system has not been compromised by an attack from the Internet.
Configuration changes
If the need arises we will make basic changes to your system. These changes include modifying your firewall setting, web and e-mail server setting among other things.
Add/Remove User Accounts (for e-mail, domain account, data security etc.)
